When a house goes on the market for sale it is placed on the MLS.  Within hours that listing is sent to hundrends or thousands of REALTORS and potential buyers looking for a house meeting certain specifications. Too often, when I get an MLS pop-up email, the house only has one exterior picture or it will have no description. My clients will call me and ask, "What does the inside of that house look like?  Is something wrong with it?"  This is the LAST thing you want potential buyers to think when they are looking at your house.

Before any of my listings hit the MLS, gorgeous pictures are taken and a detailed description is drafted.  When potential buyers see MY listings, they see exactly what the house has to offer. Melanie Atkinson has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for 11 years.  She has been working in real estate since 2005.  Melanie graduated with honors in 1998 from the University of Florida with a degree in Psychology.  She then went on to get a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. Part of her training included Master's level classes in negotiation and business strategy.

In her spare time Melanie loves spending time with her husband and 3 boys. Melanie is a huge sports fan and loves to attend Bucs, Rays & Lightning games.
